He explained things about both boilers and the work he performed on each and the star of each . He checked all the thermostats and replaced batteries. And he always put booties on when walking thru the main living areas of the properties. I was very satisfied with Jame’s work and would be pleased if he were to come out next year for the annual maintenance. The actual performance of the boilers will only be known once the heat gets turned on. ✅"
