“He changed the filter he said it was dirty he said We should change it out every 3 months When we got the service they told us not to touch the machine or do any of the air filters so I was concerned about that otherwise . First he came up and he turned the temperature up to 80 and then he went to the basement changed the filter I talked to him show me how to do it. He was down there probably 20 minutes came back up turned the temperature back down to 70 and he left I saw in signed The paperwork and he was gone..”
