"OMG victor is so amazing, professional, and dedicated to find the problem and took his time regardless of how late of the day it was! . Now he is one amazing employee for this company! Thank you so much Victor you are fantastic Unfortunately this place does not care about their quality of product much less their customers! Their workers destroyed my furniture, caved my ceiling had to come out multiple times to fix their poor work. Tony Green the manager at first was amazing ($11,000.00 after) but at this point he Rarely returns any of my calls! Hasn’t finally told me WHEN the final repairs will be done and has gone ghost on me! Apparently Tony green doesn’t have bosses either cause they don’t return calls neither! Total BS at this point!"

We liked them so much we signed up for a service contract. I really appreciate the honest service, he could have told us that anything was wrong and we would have paid to have it fixed. He told me that parts and labor were still under warranty and we were only charged for the service call. I could not be happier with One Hour and especially Victor."
