“Your tech named Champion just performed a 6 month inspection on my unit. In 7 years I have never had such a thorough inspection. He was amazing! He cleaned it up better than it has ever been cleaned. He talked to me about my unit and was so polite and friendly. I would like for him to be my tech every 6 months. Your company is fortunate to have such a fine young man. Most of your techs in the past were just here for a few minutes and then they were gone. It was very different this time. “I called for a Spring Tune Up on my A/C and 1 hour A/C and Heating of Lakeland was able to get a tech out to my home that same day. Imed was very professional and took the time to thoroughly show me and explain what he was finding. My unit is 16 years old so I know I am going to have to replace it sooner vs later.
