"Oh my gosh! We highly recommend 1 Hour Heating and Air Conditioning! I called the office just before noon and Derek arrived within a few hours! He was able to find the problem quickly, he discussed all of our options about our very old unit, he was able to get a new part and get our unit running safely and efficiently! And when we decided we would like to get a new unit he took care of setting everything up, helping us to understand all of our options and we think you Derek from the bottom of our hearts and thank you One hour heating and air conditioning for all your help today! And also when I talked to the girls in the office they were wonderful too! They are five star amazing🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟"

"Beau was on time, polite and respectful to my home and family. He was on top of communicating with my husband and I about what was going on and showed us photos to enhance our understanding of the job he preformed. We had some issues with our a/c and he was able to resolve our problems. We would 100% recommend not only this company if you need anything but if you want a trusted employee ask for Beau!"

"I had two wonderful experiences. First with Dustin, who came yesterday and was amazing. I felt very comfortable with him and he was extremely helpful and honest. And I am likewise impressed then today Tony came out to run further test on my AC unit. It’s getting old which I knew. and the compressor isn’t working as it should. But again, Tony was very personable very professional. Tony said it’s too expensive to replace just a compressor and I agree so we’re going to just let it run its course for now. I am very impressed with the people at one hour AC. . I felt like I got honest information and did not feel like anybody was gouging me for money . These two men are great representatives for one hour air-conditioning. Thank you So much, Dustin and Tony"
