He was able to find the problem quickly, he discussed all of our options about our very old unit, he was able to get a new part and get our unit running safely and efficiently! And when we decided we would like to get a new unit he took care of setting everything up, helping us to understand all of our options and we think you Derek from the bottom of our hearts and thank you One hour heating and air conditioning for all your help today! "Wow! I wish more local businesses would learn from Pitzer”s One Hour AC & Heating. Derek, our sales and service technician, was extremely accommodating and worked with us to get the best value & price. He listened to our concerns and explained our option’s patiently. Amazingly, they had stock on hand and was able to get a crane arranged for a same day replacement of our aged AC/Heat Pump! Definitely going to continue to work with them for life!"

"We were very happy with Derek and Dustin. They were very courteous, patient and thorough. They probably saved our lives because we have an issue with our gas furnace that we knew was broken. But they found it was leaking carbon dioxide in our house and we didn't know it. I also wanted to acknowledge the kind and professional manner of Eric who was the person we initially spoke to on the phone. Thank you."
