“After having a problem a year ago with my split air conditioner, One Hour Air Conditioning & Heat Company came out & fixed it. I also was greatly relieved to be able to joined a wonderful program they have, where they come out twice a year to clean and make sure everything is working. I was scheduled for my second appointment, on the day I picked, that was convenient for me, they sent their employee name “ Junior.” He knocked on my door with the warm smile, said hello & explain what he would be doing on the outside & inside inspecting, making sure it was clean & in top shape condition. I am not the greatest in always understanding all the instructions, that comes with the air conditioner, Jr was so wonderful!! When I asked if he could help me, he took time to explain and even show me some things on my remote control & truly just helped me. He did all this with such patients, friendly, kindness, even if he had to explain it to me twice. I was so grateful to know that this wonderful company has such great employees. Truly from the person answering the phone to the representative that comes out, my experience has been nothing but happily kind, reassuring, efficient results. I truly recommend this company whole heartedly & who knows you may also just be lucky enough to have this wonderful man named Junior knock on your door, greeting you with his wonderful, kind, smile❣️ Ollie R🌺”

“We recently had Efrain Jr as our technician who came out to our home. He called ahead of time to let us know approximate time he would arrive. He arrived when expected. Efrain Jr was courteous and professional and honest. He put on shoe covers before entering our home. Our call was for a spring tune up/maintenance. Everything is working fine with the unit. He recommended or suggested some items but there was no pressure from him. He gave us a choice. An example he suggested a hard start kit for $401.00. There were two other suggestions of $1500.00 each. A bit pricey for us. We declined.”

“Junior and Priscilla were amazing on my service call today. They were polite and thorough with the inspection of my unit and very helpful in letting me know what they found. They took great care to let me know the best way to save money on repairs later by replacing certain elements today. I hope I get them the next time I call.”
