"Tyler was awesome. He completely fixed my furnace issue. While doing so, he kept me in the loop by telling what he was doing and why. He was super knowledgeable. When he was finished he let me know about the different furnace services One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning has to offer. If my furnace needs servicing again, I hope Tyler is the technician who comes out to do it."

"Called on a Friday night and they sent Dustin the next day… not exactly one hour but I can’t imagine the weekend night emergency call cost so waiting was no issue. Dustin was was professional, respectful and knew what he was doing! He got me fixed up quickly and was on his way. Service call fee was fair! I would recommend and would use again. This is where my folks bought their furnace from almost 10 years ago and if you maintain it properly it will last you a long time! Thank you!!!A+++"
