Ricky Fitzgerald, a U.S. Army veteran from Indianapolis, ventured into lawn and garden sales after his military service. Interested in learning a trade, he joined One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning for their training opportunities and has never looked back. Ricky values on providing best-in-class service to his customers and fostering a positive team-building environment for his employees. He's a father to five children, the proud owner of a purple Tesla, and enjoys online PC gaming.

Zach has worked at One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning Indianapolis for his entire 11-year career. He takes great pride in providing customers with a positive experience when they’re purchasing a new HVAC system. Using his years of in-field installation experience, he ensures each install is done properly with high-quality products. When Zach isn’t working he enjoys spending time with his wife of 9 years.
