"Joe East is an exceptional business! I wish all businesses of this type would run their operations like these guys. It is hard to find companies that care about their work and reputation as much as this company. Nearly 11 years ago I purchased new gas furnace and AC system from Joe East. I also purchased 10 year extended warranty. Over the years I had three issues with my system, blown capacitor, freon leak and something else that I don’t even remember. Joe East provided exceptional services to repair all of the issues in timely manner. Scheduling a repair service was a breather, while technicians were knowledgeable, professional and courteous. Needles to say, if I need a repair or new unit in the future, Joe East would get first opportunity to quote this work."

"Been a customer for over 30 years, lots of things change but Joe East H/C has been there for us every time! Next day morning service and fixed within minutes, had the parts with one under warranty (thanks Hunter) was more than happy to pay under $200 for this level of service!"

"These guys do great work and I’ve had a great experience overall! Their team is also super-friendly! My only complaint is that afterwards, they will send one or two emails per week, incessantly, over and over, for years (literally)- asking for you to leave a review on Google. The work they performed was so far back that I can’t even remember what was done specifically, but I’m leaving a review just to make the incessant emails stop. However, they’re super friendly and do great work, so we take the good with the bad, I suppose. Overall, great quality work and very friendly staff!"
