If we do not show up within that window, your service call fee is waived. 1. Express Appointment: This is an appointment that is scheduled during a specified one-hour time slot. You are promised that a technician will arrive at your home within this one-hour time window. You will also receive a call when the technician is en route to your home. 2. Reserved Appointment: This is an appointment that is scheduled during a specified, two-hour time slot. You are promised that a technician will arrive at your home within this two-hour time window. You will also receive a call when the technician is en route to your home. 3. Standard Appointment: This is an appointment that is scheduled during a specified four-hour time slot. You are promised that a technician will arrive at your home within this four-hour time window. You will also receive a call when the technician is en route to your home. 4. Stand-By Appointment: This appointment is for overflow situations. This appointment will not have a specified time. You will receive a call when the technician is en route to your home. 5. “Derrick came out and explained everything to me in an amazing simple way and went over every detail from what I need in a new unit to how to get what I need to fit my budget from a financial standpoint. I was able to get top of the line equipment at a price that made me very happy. Do yourself a favor and at least take an hour and talk with him. 2 month Follow up: Couldn't be more happier with my new unit. I did have a slight problem last night (Friday) that was keeping it from coming on. Called it in and a tech was sent out asap. Inspite of his obvious long hard day he was very professional and had me up and running in 30 minutes. Wish I could remember his name It would be hard to beat Joe East”
