Meet the Team

Jimmy Sanchez is our General Manager in Houston. He started his HVAC career with One Hour after retiring from the U. S. Marine Corps with 28 years of active service in 2016. Jimmy is an avid supporter of military events and now leads the military recruiting efforts and the One Hour Honors Veteran chapter. A Veteran program with a purpose to lead and inspire action toward honoring and helping US Veterans, military members , and their families. He makes the welfare of his employees his top priority. His favorite part about his job is seeing his employees reach their professional and personal goals as well as communicating how they can meet or exceed their customers’ goals and expectations. He feels his team has passion and is committed to ensuring outstanding customer service. In his spare time, Jimmy enjoys golf, fishing and spending time with his family.

Ursula White serves as the Office Manager, ensuring all runs smoothly in the One Hour office. Ursula, a native of Dallas, has been with the company for 15 years. She has been happily married for 8 years and has 5 beautiful children. When not in the office, Ursula enjoys playing the saxophone, enjoying time with family and being outdoors.

Jesus Almendarez is one of One Hour Air Conditioning and Heating of Houston’s pioneers. Coming from a Sales and Customer Service Management role, he joined the team back in 2011. “Jesse” is dedicated to fostering a high-performance company culture that values diversity of background and of thought, consistently recognizing employee achievements and contributions. He emphasizes compassionate service, punctuality, and professionalism, and takes great pride in his highly skilled technicians. Jesse has been married for 22 years with four children, two German shepherds, and is passionate about supporting local organizations like St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital. In his free time, he enjoys baseball games, karaoke, go karts, and family BBQs.

Bill Saillant is a first-generation HVAC expert who has worked at One Hour Air Conditioning & Heating for over 49 years. Bill started his career in air conditioning and heating services after graduating from technical high school, and he has been a part of the HVAC industry ever since. One of Bill’s favorite things about his job is helping his customers. He is also passionate about working with his One Hour team. Bill’s success story resonates with many young people who feel college is out of reach or not the right fit for them. Technical high school helped pave the way for Bill’s future and can be a great option for many people interested in starting a new career.
