Meet the Team

Jason Vincent is the owner of One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning. He has worked in the HVAC field for 26 years. He is a United States Air Force veteran. He and Paula have been married for 30 years and have 2 children. Jason's time off is spent chasing kids to different events from sporting to band. He loves to hunt and fish and enjoys cooking, mostly outside. Jason's life goal: Follow Jesus and love others.

Jeremy Austin is the Service Manager for Grisham One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning. He has been in the HVAC trade for 18 years. Jeremy has been married to his wife Jessica for 17 years and they have two daughters. In his “off time”, Jeremy enjoys hunting, fishing, softball and participating in his daughters’ after school extracurricular activities. Jeremy is EPA certified.

Sabas chose the HVAC industry due to it being a high demand field. He has worked in the HVAC industry for 5 years. Sabas has been married to his wife, Bethany, for 16 years. They have 2 children, Cruze and Carsyn. Sabas loves the outdoors and spending his spare time with his family. He also has a unique interest in all types of cars, new and old.

Cody Chavez is an EPA certified Maintenance Technician for Grisham One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning. He started his career off with our company 5 years ago. He chose heating and air because of family members in the trade that truly enjoy their job. Cody is married with 4 children. In his downtime, Cody likes spending time with his children and also working out/power lifting.

Dylan Williams is an installation technician for Grisham One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning. He has worked for Grisham One Hour since August 2023. In his free time, Dylan enjoys sports & gaming. Dylan always has a great attitude & works hard every single day!

Garry Autrey is a Service Technician for Grisham One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning. He has been in the HVAC trade for 5 years. Garry and his wife have 2 young children, a boy and a girl. In his free time he enjoys hunting and fishing. Garry has top customer satisfaction because he enjoys his work!

Joe Gallistel is a Senior Technician for Grisham One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning. Joe has been in the HVAC industry for 35 years. He has been married for 33 years, has a 30 year old child, and a precious new grandchild. Joe is a proud member of Social Hill Baptist Church. He enjoys fishing and kayaking. Joe is great at what he does because he genuinely loves to help people.

John Bright is a Service Technician for Grisham One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning. He has been in the HVAC industry for 16 years. John and his wife, Jessica, have 3 children, Jacob, Sage, & Eli. John enjoys being outdoors: hiking, kayaking, and fishing. He also builds Shelf models & RC models. John is thorough and upfront in his work, gaining his customers’ trust!

Kaleb Meredith is an installation technician for Grisham One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning. He has worked for Grisham One Hour for 2 years. In his free time, Kaleb enjoys spending time with his family & two dogs. If Kaleb is not spending time with his family, you will find him in the woods or on the lake, fishing. Kaleb is kind, courteous, and makes sure ALL customers are satisfied with their new system!

Kelsey Johnson has called Grisham One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning home away from home for over a year. As administrative assistant, Kelsey mostly works with our Club Maintenance Agreement customers. She joyfully completes many tasks that keep our business running and our customers and employees happy! Kelsey has been married to her husband, Josh, for 4 years. Kelsey and Josh have two young children, one boy and one girl. Kelsey enjoys all things nature & spending time with family & friends.

Tonya Stafford-Martin is the Office Manager for Grisham One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning. She has worked for Grisham One Hour for over 5 years. Tonya and her husband, James, have 7 children and 3 precious grandchildren. In her free time, Tonya enjoys making t-shirts, crafting, and spending time with friends and family. Tonya is very competitive; especially when it comes to softball and trying to beat the guys in hunting the biggest buck! She works hard everyday making sure this Grisham One Hour machine is running top notch! From customers to technicians to administration, Tonya makes sure everyone is doing their best & receiving our best!

Jordan Coleman has been working for Grisham One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning since August 2023. As an administrative assistant, Jordan mostly works with our Marketing and Advertising Campaigns. She happily completes many other tasks to help our company grow & keep our customers happy! Jordan has two young boys, Bishop & Bennett. She enjoys spending her time with her boys & family (preferably outside), growing closer to God, and teaching her boys about Jesus.

Shane Abernathy is a Senior Field Manager for One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning of Hot Springs. Shane has worked for One Hour in many different capacities for 25 years. Shane has been married for 26 years. He and his wife have two children. Shane enjoys spending time with his family, watching his children’s sporting events, and enjoying the outdoors. Shane is a critical thinker & problem solver when it comes to all HVAC related issues.

Mike Baxter is the Sales/Parts Coordinator for Grisham One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning. Mike has worked in the HVAC industry for 28 years. He first became interested in the industry because his dad was an HVAC mechanic. His first company paid for him to go to trade school and he has excelled in this industry ever since. Mike has two older children: a daughter, Justyc, and a son, Jake. Mike has always enjoyed playing softball, relaxing on the beach, and enjoying the views in the mountains; none of which brings him as much joy as spending time with his family.

Kelly Morgan is the General Manager for Grisham One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning. Kelly has been with Grisham One Hour for 6+ years and worked in cust service for 14 years. Kelly and his wife, Kim, have been married for 35 years. They have 2 daughters and 4 grandchildren. Kelly enjoys spending time in God’s creation deer hunting. He also loves spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren, and his church family. Kelly keeps everything running smoothly, makes sure customer satisfaction is top priority, and helps the business grow.

Brad Buttrum is a Service Technician for Grisham One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning. He has worked as a licensed technician for 23 years. Brad has 4 children. He enjoys spending time with his family and likes to hunt when he gets the chance. Brad’s training, experience, and the fact that he truly values his work and his customers makes him an outstanding technician!

Mark Crumpton is a Home Comfort Specialist for One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning. In addition to his qualifications as a comfort advisor, he is also a licensed electrician. He has served this community for 30 years. He and his wife, Tammy, have 3 children. Mark enjoys spending his time off with his family, hunting, and fishing! Offering the best equipment with the best service for the best price is Mark’s top priority!
