"With these types of services, you never really know. A lot of times, it's down to the individual performing the inspection/repair, and how conscientious they are as well as being honest and fair - no matter what the standards are as being set by the company. In this case however, we reaped the benefits on both ends! Not only is PassOneHour highly responsive, friendly, and prompt over the phone, but our technician Ryan Williams is actually AMAZING. Very friendly guy, firm handshake, up-front and clear about what the process will look like when he shows up. Then, he stays out of your way. If you have a question, he is always willing to pause and treat it with the highest priority, even if he is in the middle of something. But after that, he goes about what he needs to do and preserves the feeling of privacy in your home even though he may be coming in and out - not everyone can do that (and speaking of coming in and out, I saw him take his protective booties on and off every single time until I told him that if he was just going downstairs, to not worry about it. So he doesn't need to be asked to respect a home's cleanliness, he just does it out of respect and habit). After the inspection, Ryan offered us all of our options and was clear and straightforward about what the different costs would be. We picked the option that was best for us, with no pressure or misleading persuasion whatsoever, and we believe we got a fair price. After that, we spent about the next 10 minutes "cutting-up" and having a great conversation about his history in the business. Ryan's bio as you will receive from PassOneHour via text (very nice touch btw) is actually a bit misleading - he's been in the business for 20 years total or thereabouts, not the 5 years it would lead you to believe. He even went to school for the knowledge he is using right now. And on top of all that, PassOneHour does weekend calls whereas a lot of others do not. So if you go with them, you're going to be covered and can have 100% peace of mind and confidence, as well as a pleasurable experience. Ryan has a great personality and is great with customers. Part of this job is being good at diagnosis and repair, but the other large part of it is dealing with people - and Ryan has the people skills to complement his repair and technical knowledge in a way that few others have achieved who I've dealt with. PassOneHour - keep this man on your team! We need more like him being out with the public. Great meeting you Ryan, thanks."

"Ricky was very professional, very kind, and well mannered. He answered everything I needed to know plus more. He walked me through everything I didn’t understand and even if I did understand it, he told me step-by-step what would occur on the upcoming visits. He was very understanding on me explaining I needed to speak to my husband about future expenses, and did not pressure which I loved very much!!! Very pleased with our visit today and glad I signed up to continue services. Thank You to Ricky!"

"Chris and Chris were pleasant , professional, and efficient. My only complaint is against the company not the guys. When you buy a completely new system. A thorough cleaning of ducts should be included. When you buy say gutter guards. For example. The first thing they do is clean your gutters. This should be the same. Everything else so far has been good thanks"

"They responded quickly and made necessary repairs to get us cooling again. Ryan Williams was amazing. Very knowledgeable and spent the time to repair the ac and explain what he did. Our ac has worked perfectly since. We opted to purchase a new Bryant system, as ours was an old system that needed upgraded. We couldn’t be happier. We got a very fair price and a quick turnaround on installation. The technician that installed the new system, Chris Roland, was very professional and knowledgeable. We couldn’t be happier! "Would give 5 stars, but disappointed that I was not told that tape used to seal vents pulled paint off ceiling vents and ceiling in basement ( 8 vents require touch-up or repaint)."
