"Technician Nick arrived in a timely manner. He listened as i explained the issue in my attic. He asked a couple questions and proceed to exam the issue in the attic. He came and explained what he found, and how it would be repaired. He made that repair, checked the outside unit, and discussed a couple recommendations. He was thorough, professional, and provided great customer service. I'm very pleased with his work!"

"The heating and air specialist did a very good job and was very professional. He was courteous and communicative. I have used One Hour for years to install and maintain my system. I only had one issue with the servicing today and that is I was informed for the first time since the system was installed 7 years ago about the rust that is in my machine and will eventually creat a major issue. The tech informed me the rust issue can’t be a new problem because of the amount of rust. The tech offered up a solution to help. But I will end up with the rust continuing to grow and will end up spending around $3,000.00 best case scenario."

"This was our first experience with One Hour and we were impressed with the speed of their communication and quality of work as they replaced our aging HVAC system. It didn’t matter a bit that it was a holiday weekend. Prompt troubleshooting included a in-house second opinion. There were no attempts to upsell the replacement unit.
