"I was very Happy with the service I received from One-Hour... From my first call to them (I believe I spoke with Lisa), very professional and helpful... The Technician, John, arrived on-time, gave me a good run-down on what he would do, again very organized and professional. He checked my outside unit first and found the problem with a low-pressure safety cut off. He re-set it, checked my total system, and I was back in business! The entire experience with One-Hour was Excellent!! I would highly recommend them!"

"Unfortunately Austin had to come undo what a previous tech had done. I appreciate the fact that they got me worked in quickly and no extra cost. I don't like having to make second calls to fix what should have been fixed the first time. Overall I am satisfied with the service."
