Our company is among the 2019 Best Places to Work in Virginia! This is the first time a locally-owned HVAC contractor has made the esteemed list published annually by Virginia Business, the only publication dedicated to covering economic activity in every sector and every region of the state.

Out of nearly 200 entrants from all over the state vying to be part of the list, One Hour ranks 55 in the Small Employers category out of 100 total spots. With a mission to “serve each other, our clients, and our community,” our company continues to prove why it is a leader in the Hampton Roads area and the HVAC industry.

Virginia Business and Best Companies Group (BCG) created the Best Places to Work in Virginia list to identify and recognize the state’s best employers. Participants must complete a two-part process to gather detailed data: Employer Benefits & Policies Questionnaire and Employee Engagement & Satisfaction Survey. BCG conducts the surveys and analyzes the results to determine the winners and rankings based on a list of core values: leadership and planning, corporate culture and communication, work environment, training and benefits, pay, and overall engagement.
