We think an internal focus is necessary as the workforce is seeing significant growth locally. According to Virginia’s labor market information, seven out of the top ten counties in the state with the highest number of candidates looking for work in heating & air conditioning are in Hampton Roads. To capitalize on the hiring boom, we recently hired a development coordinator.
