“Sean did an awesome job He was out the day after we first called to inspect the system, found a leak & called to make sure we got the best price for warrantied parts. It took 3 weeks for Lennox to ship the part but Sean was out the day after it arrived to install it. He was prompt & courteous and even put up with us kennelling our dogs in and off throughout the installation. Great guy. Highly recommend.”

“I have to say that Sean was the best customer service I have ever experienced. Incredibly knowledgeable, spot on and was looking out for my best interest. I would give him 10 stars if I could. They responded on time the day I called them. I am going to upgrade my system for mom. Thank you so much. Don’t waist your time with the other company’s around. These people are top. Just posted the review. Thank you sir. That's the best customer service I have ever received. God bless and enjoy the eggs. I hope you will come back. Well another crew came the next day to do the installation. What a crew. Joe and his supervisor were on it. The job was completed right the 1st time, looks great, works great. Square, level, caulked, new insulation and registers, thermostat new, wiring new, breakers new, condensate drain new. I a really happy with the work and the unit. Again, absolutely the best. Thank you.”

“Well changing from 1-5, as frustrated as I was and no heat for 7 days which not really acceptable but for two of the days acceptable because company was keeping people off roads due to unique weather storm 10 inches of snow in our area and bad road conditions this company did the right thing keeping their employees home. The numerous issues after they did come out and wasn't until the senior tech Rob whom I knew from the start back in November 2024 came back into play. He showed up this morning and immediately went to work he diagnosed the issue and some mistakes that were made at install and he corrected them immediately. The company was responsive to my calls but the time frames of what I was promised didn't come to fruition as promised, that made me a little upset. But as soon as Rob appeared at my door this morning he knew I was upset he assured me he would get to the bottom of the issue and I will say I trust this kid he is a veteran like me and he is sincere it what he says. We talked for a while about some issues with the 0% financing which actually is not what they actually say it is and discussed how it should be said. I trust this team and hope this is the final call I have to make to them or text to Rob whom answers text no matter where he is. I always said in business if one of our customers is calling us we better answer no matter what time or where we are, they are not calling to see how we are doing most times they are having an issue and it is our job to take care of the customer after the sale. Trevor listen to Rob on the critique of this job and the other two installers listen to Rob in the debrief of this situation. Rob thanks so much for all you have done you are the reason this review is what it is this company should be very proud to have such and incredible tech working for them. Promote this young man immediately and make sure you are paying him properly, you can't replace guys like him.”

“A huge thank you to Sean at One Hour AC for coming out late in the evening on a weekend night to fix our AC! He was here quickly after we called, super friendly, and really made us feel confident in his abilities! Finding great customer service these days can be tough, but Sean went above and beyond. “Mr. Clexton was extremely helpful. He listened to my concerns about the air conditioning unit and informed me what he thought every single step of the way. However, the communication between the company and myself could be improved. They still are sending messages to the incorrect number and not myself.”
