John & Dianne Collins are the owners and take pride their company is “Nationally Known and Locally Owned” as they are natives of Greenwood, S.C. John has been in the heating and air industry for over 30 years. Venturing out into the plumbing industry in 2007 John brought Benjamin Franklin Plumbing to town. Dianne joined him in 1995 as Office Manager. Together they proudly present One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning™ and Benjamin Franklin Plumbing™.

Brad Scruggs joined our One Hour Team in 2001 as a Service Technician with an electrical background. Brad & Deanna reside in Greenwood with their son Kaden. Brad keeps busy working in his yard. And when has a chance, the family enjoys camping, and many other outdoor activities.

Early summer of 2021, we welcomed Heyward Simmons to our One Hour family. He lives in Greenwood with his sons. When not helping our team with your service and maintenance needs, he can be found enjoying the lake or nearby rivers with his family.

Leland Scruggs has been in the heating and cooling business for over 24 years. We welcome him back to our family and are happy he is available to help take care of our customers. He resides in the Greenwood area. When he's not working, he enjoys hanging at the lake, hunting, and fishing. 

Angie Zink joined our family in 1998 and handles majority of the bookkeeping and accounting. Angie resides in Chappells has 2 grown girls, Amber and Ashlyn who are both married to local guys. She can be found on the lake spending time with her family, which includes a grandson and granddaughter when she is not at the office. Angie is our Finance Expert and eager to assist customers with any questions or concerns. Angie wears many hats in our company from Accounting to Operations to Service Manager to Customer Service Rep.

Carrie McCall works as our After-Hours CSR. She and husband John live in Spartanburg S.C. She helps take care of our clients in the after-hour times. Carrie is normally the one calling our customers to make sure they are home for their appointment the next day and the technicians have all the information needed to make begin a successful day.

Elizabeth Moody joined our team summer of 2021. She is often the one you will talk to when you call our office, as she is one of our customer service representatives and dispatchers. She enjoys her spare time with her baby girl and family.

The summer of 2016, we welcomed Chris Harrison (also known as Fuzzy) to our family. He is helping install our heating and air conditioning systems and can also be found helping the plumbing team. He lives in Bradley with his 2 young sons and daughter. When not working, he enjoys his family time and from what we hear, he is an outstanding cook, and he is an avid go-kart racer.

July 2021, Robbie O'Briant joined our installation team. He also performs tune ups (maintenace calls) and helps prepare your system for the season. He and his wife, LeAnna reside in McCormick and have 3 young daughters.

Drayton Richey joined our installation team in the fall of 2021. He also performs tune ups (maintenance calls) and helps prepare your system for the season and can also be found helping with your plumbing needs. He enjoys fishing and hunting and spending time with his family and friends. He resides in McCormick, where he is renovating his house.

In the Spring of 2023, we welcome Montgomery Hegler, also known as Gummie. He is a part of our installation team and will be helping the One Hour side install your heating & cooling system. He resides in McCormick. When he is not helping with your HVAC needs, he enjoys hunting and fishing and spending time with friends and family.
