"I was forced to call very early in the morning in order to get on their schedule because my heat went out at 2am - One hour heating was out to my house before 9am and Michael did a great job. I really appreciate their response time. Their quickness allowed me to keep my work travel schedule and keep my home comfortable for my family. Very reasonably priced and I chose to sign up for their Maintenance plan. Highly recommend giving One hour heating a shot!"

"Called one hour to do our maintenance on our heat pump. It's was discovered that we had an issue with something. Dakota was great at explaining everything and got it covered under warranty. The part was ordered and the day it arrived he came back and installed and gor everything working as usual. Great customer service and communication from the office staff. Definitely recommend this company."
