“I've been a customer for I think we'll over 5 years now. I have their yearly service program too. They still impress me with their overall kindness and knowledge base. Each and every person I meet from this team has been super helpful, provided knowledge sharing and over all worked with me through the process. My relationship with this team started when we were out of town for the weekend (on the West Coast) and our air went out at the end of May (when it's getting hot where I live). Our sons and doggos were home in a 95 degree house and were stressed. I spoke to either Megan or Darlene (or both lol) and they reassured me and got JP right out. They made it easy for me to relax because of their communication and understanding. Since then we've been working with Dakota for our yearly service needs, he's so great even my parents use him and one hour now. Last week he realized that our over 10 year old system had a leak. He got Danno right out to assess it for us and we decided to replace it. Yesterday we worked with Noah and Daniel and I just can't stress enough how great everyone from one hour is. Both Noah and Daniel were extremely efficient as well as respectful. I had recently planted flowers and I didn't even have to ask Noah, he made sure nothing was trampled on me. He even put a little sign back on my unit for me without me asking. Super appreciative for everyone at One Hour. Great team and it shows! Thanks everyone!”

“3/19 - JP was wonderful! He was very thorough doing our initial inspection. He did a nice job explaining what he saw, how he completed the service and the recommendations he has for our system. JP even shared the photos of what he saw so I could share them with my husband. But best of all, he helped level our outdoor unit, something that has been a concern of ours for a while. 3/22 - JP came back today to install an OxyQuantum Remote complete system. The best part of the service was that he could fit this installation into his schedule while I was still on spring break. Looking forward to this helping us as we enter pollen season.”

“I was forced to call very early in the morning in order to get on their schedule because my heat went out at 2am - One hour heating was out to my house before 9am and Michael did a great job. I really appreciate their response time. Their quickness allowed me to keep my work travel schedule and keep my home comfortable for my family. Very reasonably priced and I chose to sign up for their Maintenance plan. Highly recommend giving One hour heating a shot!”

“Service Rep was able to come 1.5 hours early. I was contacted and agreed to change. There was one recommendation to replace capacitor that was at the low end of recommended range. I agreed. Part was replaced in about 10 minutes. Video was provided to show the part and explain it's purpose. And, to show the compressor, post cleaning. Service checklist was reviewed. I was satisfied with all aspects of the service check up.”
