They walked me through the process and answered my questions about future maintenance and other services that I can get from the company. After seeing all the before and after photos of my air ducts, I'm 100% satisfied that my air quality is improved and my energy cost will go down."

"I wanted to give a "shout out" to the "install team" of Chris, Dwayne, and Cody who installed my new intergrated system, replacing both my old furnace and air conditioner! They were all friendly, professional and competent and worked hard to get the systems installed and the old equipment out and hauled away!"

"Gilmar Rojas was very professional and did a very thorough inspection and test of the entire system, including inside and outside units plus taking temperatures at all vents. He gave us options for additional services, explaining the work and equipment and the costs. However, there was no pressure for an immediate decision. One issue was that on Friday One Hour called and said that they wanted to reschedule the Sunday appointment due to heavy customer demand to fix broken heating systems. We agreed, but then Mr. Rojas called in the early morning Sunday saying he was on his way. Fortunately, one of us was home and allowed him to inspect the system. No one had told him that the visit was canceled."
