"Once again I had a great experience. I had my air ducts and vents cleaned today. The technicians Cody and Dwayne were excellent. They walked me through the process and answered my questions about future maintenance and other services that I can get from the company. After seeing all the before and after photos of my air ducts, I'm 100% satisfied that my air quality is improved and my energy cost will go down."

"Gilmer was a qualified and courteous technician. The routine maintenance service he provided was thorough. My concerns are not with Gilmer but with One Hour. I believe a company must make a profit, that’s a given. However, it’s shameful that they wanted to charge $323, which reflects a 15% discount for having the annual maintenance plan, for a flame sensor that costs between $5-$15 retail. Again, should they make a profit? Of course. But $323?? Despicable."
