"We had One Hour come out to setup HVAC inspections last Summer. Ali has been exceptionally accommodating and knowledgeable, and their pricing is incredibly fair and flexible. They are always punctual and typically arrive same day. We’re on our 6 year anniversary with a multi-floor Lennox system and the Zone Control Board failed. This controls the dampers for multiple areas. They were able to make repairs, however, some weeks later, the unit failed completely. Thankfully, they applied the entire prior repair cost to the new replacement! Ali is so informative and willing to help avoid excessive expenditures!
