Derek Cole is the General Manager for Simmons One Hour and has been with the Simmons organization since 2001. He has held various positions from installation, warehouse manager, office manager, comfort advisor, operations manager, to his current role as General Manager. Derek has been featured in Entrepreneur Magazine Franchise Player Spotlight and has been seen on CBS, FOX, NBC, ABC, Huffington Post, and Bloomberg Business sharing about One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning® and home comfort tips.

William Skipper is the Operations Manager for Simmons Heating.Cooling.Electrical, Inc, a local owned and operated company based in Laurinburg, NC. He has been with the organization for over 25 years with 15 of those years in the field. After over 2,500 installations and hundreds of service demand calls, he brings the rare real-world service knowledge that helps his team blend process and reality. Captain of his local fire department, he has also been serving his community for over 20 years.
