Meet the Team

Bill W. is the respected owner of American Comfort’s One Hour. He was born and raised in the Chicago Suburbs, primarily Medinah. Bill grew up around the heating and air conditioning business and has been providing comfort for over 20 years. He has been married to his amazing and beautiful wife for over 20 years. He is a very proud father of his 2 beautiful daughters. Bill enjoys traveling abroad to explore new and exciting places. He especially loves flying his drone in his backyard to encourage the loitering geese to move on. When not spending time outdoors, Bill is collecting every gadget known to man. He is our resident gadget guru! He just has to have it!

Carl S. is our dedicated operations manager. He was born and raised in the Chicago suburbs. Carl has been guiding people to their comfort zone for 19 years. He is married to his beautiful wife for 5 years and has 2 amazing young children. Carl is a grilling/smoking guru and the office staff has been known to participate in a few smoking cook-offs. When not enjoying watching his children experience the world, Carl is down for ANY reality tv show to be found. Keep your judgments to yourself, but bring on the DRAMA Bachelorette!!! He is ready!

Rick is our dedicated warehouse manager. He grew up in Streamwood and Hanover Park. Rick enjoys spending time with family and friends .With 4 kids, 7 grandkids and 1 great grand child, we are sure he is never bored!!!

Joe D. is a one of our dedicated installation transformers. He was born and raised in Itasca. Joe has been installing comfort for people for over 33 years. He has been married for 25 beautiful years and has 2 amazing grown children. Joe enjoys spending quality time becoming one with nature while hiking and camping. If Joe is not venturing out into the great outdoors, you will find him relaxing in his favorite chair cheering on his favorite teams. Joe is a quiet and shy kind of guy, but wait til he gets to really know you!

Jeff B. is one of our experienced and happy comfort geniuses. He was born and raised in Los Angeles. Jeff has 12 years of making customers comfortable and happy. He has been married for 12 awesome years and has 2 amazing children. On the weekends, you can find Jeff working to keep his yard beautiful, reading a good book or taking a walk with his beautiful wife. Jeff spent 7 years working HVAC in the hot city of Las Vegas before heading to the cold, cold winters of the Midwest, we wonder will he be able to keep that smile going during the bitter cold!

Jose G. is one of our experienced and friendly comfort geniuses. He was born in Mexico, but came to the US at 5 and is a proud American citizen. For 14 years, Jose has been keeping customers comfortable. He has been married for 17 beautiful years and has 3 amazing children. Jose is all about his beautiful family and spending time with them. Vacationing is a big part of their fun family time together, they especially love camping under the stars.

Plyush is one of our trusted Service Advisors. He was born in India and raised in the Chicago suburbs. He has been assisting customers with their comfort for 23 years. Plyush has been married for 11 wonderful years and has 2 young children. He enjoys spending quality time with his boys making amazing memories. On weekends, Plyush can be found racing his RC cars around town or flying his RC helicopters. He has a real NEED for SPEED!

Lisa Cajigas, born and raised in Chicago where she met her husband (Peter) of 32 years early in life and began raising a family. She is a mother to 3 adult children and a grandmother to 5 beautiful little ones. While raising a young family she made time to study accounting at Robert Morris College and has been in the finance/administrative field for nearly 30 years. Passionate about the youth and her community she is a volunteer religious education instructor as well as Sunday school teacher at St. Gertrudes Church. Lisa is an avid runner having logged countless miles, and participated in a number of half marathons over the past 5 years. Grateful for an amazing life’s journey Lisa is always ready to welcome new and exciting challenges with an open mind.

Meet Ricardo, a West Chicago native with a year of experience in his field. He finds joy in weightlifting and rock wall climbing, pushing his limits both physically and mentally. Ricardo's free time is dedicated to reading and researching topics that captivate his interest. With a drive for personal growth and a thirst for knowledge, he is a dynamic individual leaving a lasting impact.

Brian J. is one of our happy and humorous customer service representatives. Brian has over 28 years experience making people happy. If you have ever spoken to Brian you would see why he says he is from a galaxy far, far away, but on earth he grew up in North Lake. He has been married for 11 amazing years and has a beautiful young daughter. On any given weekend, you can find Brian relaxing with his wife or searching for the best estate sale in the area. Brian is always ready to make a customer smile and laugh.

Mikilina is one of our valued Client Care Advisor. She was raised in a very small rural town in Illinois. She has been in customer service for over 20 years. Mikilina enjoys reading and playing with her dogs. As long as there is music playing, Mikilina is living her best life!

Mark Martinez is a dedicated HVAC professional with a decade of experience in the industry.
