Brennan Harvey brings 11 years of HVAC experience and a strong passion for helping customers stay comfortable in their homes. After attending HVAC trade school and earning his Journeyman License along with Gas Pipe Certification, Brennan developed a love for troubleshooting and airflow diagnostics — enjoying the challenge of solving problems and delivering real results for customers.

Known for his honesty, professionalism, and ability to build rapport, Brennan believes every customer deserves a friendly face and honest work. He takes pride in the sense of accomplishment that comes from helping families feel comfortable and cared for.

Outside of work, Brennan enjoys spending time with his family, training in the gym, playing pool, and sharpening his skills through gun training. He is actively involved at North Church and looks forward to coaching his daughters’ sports teams in the future.

Fun fact: Brennan is extremely good at hacky sack… and can do the splits. 😂

His favorite part about working at One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning of Edmond-NWOKC is the supportive management team and the opportunity for personal and professional growth. Brennan lives by the mindset: “You miss 100% of the shots you don’t take.”

Sonny Priest brings 10 years of HVAC experience and a strong commitment to taking care of customers the right way. What started as a search for a career quickly became a passion for helping families stay comfortable by getting their systems back up and running efficiently.

As a licensed Journeyman, Sonny enjoys all aspects of HVAC work, from service and troubleshooting to installations. He believes great customer service starts with honesty, respect, and taking the time to educate customers so they can make informed decisions about their home comfort systems. Customers can always expect Sonny to thoroughly diagnose issues, explain solutions clearly, and treat them with integrity.

Outside of work, Sonny enjoys spending time with his wife and four children, golfing, and attending church with his family whenever possible.

Fun fact: Sonny has been skydiving.

One of Sonny’s favorite things about working at One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning of Edmond-NWOKC is the people he works alongside each day. He lives by the principle: “Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.”

Kevin Morgan brings 19 years of experience in the heating and air-conditioning industry, having begun his career as a field technician in 2007. His hands-on technical foundation, combined with nearly two decades of industry experience, provides him with a deep understanding of residential and light commercial HVAC operations.

Throughout his career, Kevin has managed operations for five separate HVAC businesses within the Oklahoma City metro area. In these roles, he has demonstrated strong leadership capabilities, overseeing technicians, managing daily operations, and ensuring consistent service quality. He is highly focused on customer satisfaction and is known for his commitment to delivering dependable service and positive customer experiences.

Kevin has been mentored by some of the most successful leaders in the HVAC industry, further strengthening his operational knowledge and leadership approach. He is an excellent trainer who emphasizes accountability, professionalism, and technical excellence, and he consistently instills trust and confidence in both customers and team members.  

Fun Fact:  Kevin was once a professional wrestler!

Don Payne is the owner of One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning of Edmond-NWOKC and is passionate about building a company centered around honesty, respect, and genuine customer care. He became interested in the HVAC industry after recognizing a need for a company that truly values both its employees and customers’ time while delivering dependable, honest service. For Don, helping families stay comfortable in their homes is about more than heating and air conditioning — it’s about building lasting relationships and trust within the community.

Don believes great customer service starts with doing what you say you’re going to do every single time, while providing quality service at a fair and affordable cost. Customers can expect honesty from him at all times — even when it may not be the easiest path. As Don puts it, he would rather lose money than ever build a reputation for being dishonest.

Outside of work, Don is a devoted husband to his beautiful, talented, and hardworking wife, Cassidy, and a proud father to two handsome and ornery boys and one beautiful and sassy daughter. Cassidy is a Nurse Practitioner who serves patients at Oklahoma Heart Hospital, where she supports the Heart Valve Team, while also helping clients look and feel their best through aesthetics and wellness services at Lou Lou Med Spa. Together, they stay busy supporting their children in football, basketball, volleyball, and wrestling. They also share their home with a Giant Schnauzer named Pepper and a mini dachshund named Penny.

In his free time, Don enjoys supporting OSU Cowboy Wrestling, pistol shooting, and cheering on his children in all of their activities. The Payne family attends Crossings Community Church.

Fun fact: Don’s career path has included working as a firefighter-medic, petroleum landman, cardiovascular specialty RN, perforating and logging engineer, and oilfield completion consultant. He can also whistle extremely loud — a skill his family may or may not appreciate. 😂
