“Dean Liscum was the technician who came to our house to replace a programmable thermostat with another version which fit in very well with our color scheme. He was meticulous in making certain that every step in the setup ensured that every function worked as expected and matched my wishes. There were A LOT of steps involved! Dean carefully checked and rechecked until he was certain that all of the new thermostat settings were working. He even spent time to complete the 7 day program setup for me. Dean made sure that all of my questions were answered. He was patient, professional and clearly highly skilled in his work.
