"Ben Franklin/One hour Heating and Air, never disappoints! Today HVAC technician, TJ Cook, came out for our annual inspection. By the time he left, we had more knowledge of our HVAC unit, than we could have hoped for. He was uncertain of details he was reading on the unit, compared to what we knew about it, so he diligently made phone calls to insure the information he was giving us, was indeed accurate. He educated us on unit efficiency and future replacement expectations based on “Green Energy” measures. We couldn’t be more happy with the experience and service received from TJ!"
