"Jesse was really nice and made sure we understood everything about our repair. Even though we had to call late in the day he arrived promptly and got our AC back up in time for sleep :) Edit: The next day it stopped working again, we called and Bradley came out to fix it. Apparently Jesse installed a part that shouldn’t have been there. Bradley took it out and now everything is working again."
