"Super Service today from 1HR. Gave me a time to be here and showed early. As in the Military, On-Time-Your-Late-Early-Your-On-Time. Jonathan was polite, respectful, honest and very informed. Gave me the run-down he saw and just as expected. I got some HVAC knowledge and the unit was what I thought it was. Super job to 1HR and Jonathan. Have a great Navy Day!"
