"Moved into a new house and the heat stopped working. Temps were dropping into the teens outside and the house temp was dropping fast. I called 3 different companies, including the HVAC company I’ve used for 15+ years, and either received no response or was told it would be Tuesday at the earliest. Cullins literally had someone at my house in an hour. That someone was Marquis and he was excellent. Diagnosed and fixed the issue promptly. Very courteous and professional. Highly recommend Cullins One Hour Heating & AC. I will only use them going forward."

"Oh my goodness!! They are amazing. I never leave reviews but I can’t help myself. They have been here since 9:00 this morning and it is 5:21. They are repairing things that are extra!!! "I am very happy with the service we received from Alya from Cullins one hour! Our heater had been off for 4 days and our thermostat would not work. I found this company via Google, completed a service request form around 10pm Thursday night for the next morning. At 7:25am Friday morning, I received a call from Alya stating he was on his way for my scheduled appointment! When he arrived, my husband said he was very friendly and very knowledgeable. He immediately knew what the issue was and fixed it. We are very pleased and will continue to use this company going forward. Thanks, Alya!!"
