Josh is Owner/ Operator of Cullins One Hour Heating and Air Conditioner

I'm Danelle, my husband Josh and I own and operate Cullins One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning. We were blessed with this opportunity in April of 2024, we also own and operate Mitchell's One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning in Avon, Ohio. In addition to the 2 locations, we have a pretty big family. 4 children. Brittany, Tyler, Dylan, and Hannah, we have 3 pups, lots of extended family, and with the 2 locations we have around 80 employees (who are part of our family.) We love spending time with our children, being by the lake, spending time on our boat, traveling, or trying new restaurants. We are eager to start this new chapter and see what Columbus will bring us and can't wait to meet so many new people!

1). Our family: Myself, wife Laura, and daughter Macy. Also dog Elmer.

2). Some of my favorite things: Mexican food, ice cream, the color yellow, the autumn

season.

3). Favorite Vacation: The Rose Bowl 1997

4). Hobbies, Past Time, Sports: Music, sports, hanging out with friends and family,

football, basketball and golf.

5). Favorite charity: Habitat For Humanity

6). Most Proud Of: Doing what it takes to be a good person.

7). Biggest Challenge: Spelling

8). Most Inspiring: Success and The Grand Canyon

9). Most Valuable Tip: Don’t let life pass you by.

Michael Walker

Bob Brewer

there enjoyed life even with the little they had.

Alya Cotton

1). I met my significant other Allie in 2015. Together it is our joy of raising our blended

family of 2 boys, Hunter born in 2009, and Colton in 2016.

2). We also have 2 dogs, Louise born in 2017, and our newest Kenobi in 2019.

3). I grew up in Westerville and now have a home in Marysville.

4). Some of my favorite things are: Steak and hot apple pie, Corvettes, the color green,

summer and fall. And a wonderful vacation in 2014 to Australia.

5). Hobbies and Past Times: Hiking, woodworking, photography, spending time

with the family and The Ohio State Buckeyes football.

6). Most Proud of: Obtaining my private pilots license at 17 years old and being a part

of carrying on my father’s legacy with the business.

7). Inspiration: My family and seeing The Great Barrier Reef.

8). Biggest Challenge: Balancing work and life.

9). Most valuable tip: Everyone you meet is fighting a battle you know nothing about.

Kyle Cullins

I started at Mitchell's One Hour in Avon, Ohio in 2022 as a service technician and transferred to Cullins One Hour in April 2024. I transferred to Cullins to expand my knowledge and have opportunities to better my career working as one of their senior technicians.

I have been in HVAC for about 5 years working both in Install and Service, I recently joined the Cullins One Hour team to better my career and my future. In my free time I enjoy Mexican food, working out and being a handyman. My brothers and I have started our own real estate business, where we buy and fix up properties to sell.

Hi, my name is Marquis Smith, I was born and raised in Columbus, Ohio. I am a former Sous Chef, food and cooking is a passion. I have a son, a dog, and have been engaged for a few years. I love to garden, go fishing and riding ATV's.

Hi, my name is Gene, I'm an install technician. I attended Fortis college where I received my EPA certification through the HVAC program. I would describe myself as responsible, hardworking and a driven individual. I also enjoy playing basketball and poker in my spare time.

I'm Soonjun. I enjoy eating Korean food, thai food, spaghetti, aglio e olio, and mexican food. On the weekend or days off I enjoy going window shopping for tools.
