I HIGHLY recommend this business! Our service tech Brian. E was an EXCEPTIONAL professional and serviceman. He came to our home after 7pm I had to have been his last home for the evening but his entire attitude and professionalism made me feel like I was the first house of the day! Very thorough and took his time to explain what the problem/remedy and answered all my questions with a friendly insightful response. The customer service personnel were excellent as well very courteous and professional when it came to questions of scheduling or invoices. Overall amazing experience!
Brian is professional, knowledgeable, thorough, ethical and he cares about making sure your systems are working the way they were meant to. I am absolutely amazed at the issues that he found and resolved for us so far. I am so thankful somebody referred us to OneHour Heating & Air and equally thankful we got Brian to help us. He found a wire on our large system that was loosely connected by our previous contractor so it was creating enough heat to melt the coating on the wire, and he identified that both of our fresh air intake systems were inoperable and nobody had changed the filters since they were installed. I could go on and on. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else.
I highly recommend this company for your HVAC needs. My air went out late one Tuesday (9/1) and this was the only company who was able to come out that same evening to check it out. Every other company said it would be Thursday or Friday before they could send someone, but Brian was able to come that same day, and by Thursday we had a new package unit and thermostat installed. He even brought us a portable ac to use until the new unit was put in. The inspector from the city came last week to check it out and his exact words were 'I've never heard of this company, but I'll do an inspection behind them anytime because that installation is impressive and they clearly know what they are doing'.
Brian did his inspection and we ended up finding out that we had a bigger problem in our crawl space. Brian was honest and shared pictures and video of our problem. Even though at this current time we won’t be doing the repairs we need on our duct work until the other issue is resolved we will be contacting Brian once it is resolved and have him return and make our system healthy for our family. It’s wonderful that you have a honest technician working with you and this is why we will be using your company in the future
