"We received fantastic service from Larson when he came out to review and perform a quality control inspection on our new HVAC install. He was even able to work thru our outstanding permit inspections with the county for us to get them resolved. Larson was very knowledgeable in the HVAC system mechanics and was so patient in answering our questions. He’s to be commended for pointing out a serious electrical issue with our outside lead wire where the elements had deteriorated the protective covering; which if not corrected, could have been an electrical hazard for us. One Hour should be proud to have such a remarkable employee as Larson!"

"Emergency call because our heat stopped working. Young man showed up in about 90 minutes went through and checked everything he could, and even though it wasn’t the best news because have a bad circuit board he was very professional, and courteous."
