"Jose, Nick, and Austen were all phenomenal. Great communication, polite, knowledgeable, thorough, pleasant. Installers -- not a good experience. Showed up, didn't speak much English, told us they had to go get a unit and would be gone 30 minutes but were gone 1.5 hours. Had no power in house 7.5 hours with zero warning or communication about them turning it off. They programmed our thermostat but didn't tell us the code so Austen had to replace the unit the day after the initial install as no one could get into the unit and it was displaying an error code. I'd still recommend One Hour but would suggest asking for at least 1 installer that can speak English so they can communicate with the home owner."

"I was very pleased with Jose. He gave me a follow-up goal. It instructed me that he would be here at a certain time, and he was, and I really appreciate his promptness. He was in here even though he didn't install. This system initially, he was very knowledgeable about what needed to be installed. He completed that and he took an assessment of the work to be completed state it. What do you need it for the job? And they would be calling me to give me an estimated time when they would come to complete that part of the work. I'm very pleased with the mobile all very, very pleased. Thank you, Jose. Thank you 1 hour air."

"Austan was very professional, provided great service and showed up very quickly! He diagnosed the problem quickly, educated and showed us the faulty part and what needed to be replaced and what the part does. In addition, with being on call and working a long day, he had a positive attitude and was very nice! Great employee and asset to your company!"
