"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I cannot recommend Austan at One Hour Air Conditioning & Heating enough! From start to finish, the service was nothing short of exceptional. He arrived right on time, was extremely professional, and took the time to explain every step of the process in a way I could easily understand. What impressed me the most was his attention to detail and commitment to quality. They didn’t just fix the issue; they made sure my system was running as efficiently as possible. The team was courteous, respectful of my home, and left everything spotless when the job was done. On top of all that, their pricing was fair and transparent—no hidden fees or surprises. It’s clear that customer satisfaction is their top priority. If you’re looking for reliable, knowledgeable, and efficient HVAC professional, calling Austan at One Hour Air Conditioning & Heating is the way to go."

"Jose, Nick, and Austen were all phenomenal. Great communication, polite, knowledgeable, thorough, pleasant. Installers -- not a good experience. Showed up, didn't speak much English, told us they had to go get a unit and would be gone 30 minutes but were gone 1.5 hours. Had no power in house 7.5 hours with zero warning or communication about them turning it off. They programmed our thermostat but didn't tell us the code so Austen had to replace the unit the day after the initial install as no one could get into the unit and it was displaying an error code. I'd still recommend One Hour but would suggest asking for at least 1 installer that can speak English so they can communicate with the home owner."
