You are promised that a technician will arrive at your home within this one-hour time window. You will also receive a call when the technician is en route to your home. 2. Reserved Appointment: This is an appointment that is scheduled during a specified, two-hour time slot. You are promised that a technician will arrive at your home within this two-hour time window. You will also receive a call when the technician is en route to your home. 3. Standard Appointment: This is an appointment that is scheduled during a specified four-hour time slot. You are promised that a technician will arrive at your home within this four-hour time window. You will also receive a call when the technician is en route to your home. 4. Stand-By Appointment: This appointment is for overflow situations. This appointment will not have a specified time. You will receive a call when the technician is en route to your home. 5. “Nick was absolutely fantastic! I have been having issues with my heating and cooling for months. There would be power one second and none the next and many times it was if there was a power outage or "blip" or if I needed to turn off any of the breakers at my electrical panel then there would be no power to the thermostat again. I would replace the thermostat and the cycle would repeat. I was concerned that the issue was electrical in nature, rather than the thermostat as previous company's technicians had informed me & they kept telling me to continually replace the thermostat. But, I had already replaced the thermostat multiple times with different brands and was having the same issues repeatedly. So I called 1 Hour Air Conditioning & Heating & they set an appointment for the following morning. Unfortunately, I do not remember the name of the lady whom I spoke with on the phone to explain my issue to schedule the appointment but she was also extremely patient and kind and deserves recognition! (For some reason, I think her name may have been Jordan? But I could be wrong and I apologize if I am.) Our technician was Nick and he arrived first thing in the morning. He listened to all of my concerns and diagnosed the issues in a quick and timely manner. He was pleasant and patient, even with my dog! He explained everything in detail to me about the issues with my breaker. I was so relieved to have a technician treat me with respect and help to get our system up and running again. He also informed me about their program for replacing my 22 year old system and I will definitely be calling them when I'm ready for that step!
