"Jordan provided a second opinion on a repair estimate that another company had provided. Jordan was very professional and provided facts about the unit and has given us some options opposed to, it's broke and that's just the way it is attitude of the other companies employee. We are waiting on the final estimates, but based on what we saw in Jordan's service I would definitely recommend him. Justice was the main technician for the installation of our new unit. He and another technician removed our old unit and installed the new unit by hand which was a feat in itself without damaging anything. One Hour and all technicians were friendly and communicated very well throughout the entire process. We plan on using One Hour Air from here out and would highly recommend them based on our experiences with them."

Being in construction myself for many years, I hold anyone coming into my home to do work to a very high standard and I can’t speak highly enough! Long story short, bought a house, one of two AC systems stopped working the second day we lived in it. They came out within a week, gave us an open and transparent list of options before us. We paid a large sum to have both A/C systems completely replaced. They got the install completed and we had cold air, again this was all within a week’s time. Fast forward a month, one of the A/C systems stopped working. They came out same day, found it was low from factory on refrigerant and went above and beyond replacing the water pan sensors to avoid potential issues, replaced the filters and double checked the entire systems for any other potential issues.
