Jordan was very professional and provided facts about the unit and has given us some options opposed to, it's broke and that's just the way it is attitude of the other companies employee. We are waiting on the final estimates, but based on what we saw in Jordan's service I would definitely recommend him. Justice was the main technician for the installation of our new unit. He and another technician removed our old unit and installed the new unit by hand which was a feat in itself without damaging anything.
