I was born and raised in upstate NY, I moved to Clarksville in April of 2019. I have worked in customer service for 7 years and love working with families to solve their home service needs. I have worked for Home Service Solutions since the summer of 2020 and have enjoyed every minute here! In my free time I enjoy exploring, traveling and spending time with my fur babies.

My name is Louis and I was born in Fort Campbell, Kentucky, but raised in Schweinfurt, Germany. In 2019 I graduated from Rossview High School and am currently attending Austin Peay State University. I started working customer service at the age of 16 and joined the Home Service family in the summer of 2020. In my free time I enjoy traveling, the outdoors, and the occasional reality tv show. My goal is to provide you with the best customer service possible, to resolve any emergent needs you may come in contact with.

I have a passion for customer service! Having lived in Clarksville for over 20 years, I have found a real connection to helping serve the community I have loved almost my whole life.  My background consists of about 12 yrs in the food/beverage industry, and although quite a change of pace, making the transition to the home service industry has been incredibly rewarding. Outside of work you can find me relaxing with a good puzzle( logic, jigsaw, etc) or out exploring and walking at the park. I whole heartedly believe in the power of positive thinking and chances are you will always find me with a smile on my face!

Hi, my name is Cody I have a strong passion for being outdoors, hunting, kayaking, and spending time with my family If I’m not doing these things I’m most likely working hard being an HVAC technician. I strive to become a better technician each day.--

I’m Sheldon York I’ve been working for One Hour since 2014 and what I really enjoy about my job is being able to get our customers back up and cooling and or heating. So they can get back to their normal lives and come home to comfort. When I’m not working I like to hang out in my man cave and watch comedy shows and movies. I've been happily married for 12 years, I’m a proud father of four, 3 girls and a boy and the only thing that my wife and I agree on is that we are done having kids.

My name is Jordan I'm a service technician at OneHour heating and cooling, I've been with OneHour since 2015 and have worked my way from an Aeroseal/duct cleaning technician to an install technician where I gained hands-on experience as well as classroom time to earn my certifications. I am now proudly a service technician that strives to provide quality services to our customers. During my off time, I enjoy auto racing of all kinds, hunting, and fishing, and spending time with my daughter and family.

I was born and raised in Clarksville, TN. I graduated from Rossview High School, and I am currently a Nursing Major at APSU. (GO GOVS!) I started working for Home Service Solutions in the summer of 2019. In my free time, I enjoy being outdoors, spending time with friends and family, and crafting!
