“On this hot holiday weekend, we unfortunately had our outside ac unit shut off. I called around to different heating and cooling companies and all were booked up to 4 days or more days. With a pregnant wife and pup in the house we couldn’t wait up to 4 days. I called One Hour and they were able to get someone out to me the very next day and when I say I was relieved to have someone come out to check the issue I was so thankful. We were blessed to have Jason B. come out and take a look. He was able to give us a diagnostic breakdown and was very knowledgeable. He not once pressured us to buy or purchase something we didn’t need. He helped us find the best option, and because of his great work and ability. Our unit is working on cooling itself down.
