At the end of 2022, the One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning team welcomed a new General Manager, Mark Hudson. Hudson has been part of the Cincinnati team for three years as Sales Manager before transitioning into the General Manager role. His experience in relationship building, leading with passion, and managing teams made him an excellent fit for this role. In his new role, Hudson is looking forward to leading his team to success.

Hudson was raised in the Cincinnati area and attended Mount Vernon Nazarene University, where he earned his bachelor's degree in Business Management. He was introduced to the home service industry when his mentor suggested a career change with One Hour. From there, he spent time learning the industry, developing a knowledgeable team, and leading his team to success.

The One Hour team has served Cincinnati and the surrounding area for over 60 years and will continue to provide reliable and efficient HVAC services. Q: What are you looking forward to in your new role?

A: I’m excited to build on the foundation of success this team in Cincinnati has had! I’m looking forward to leading this fine team of individuals to even greater heights. I’m excited about our capability to reach out to our community, not just with the services we provide and invest in our team, but to invest in our community so we can set the standard as the best home services organization in the Cincinnati area.

Q: What is something you’re proud of?

A: I enjoy growing, changing, and developing “the culture” in the positions I’ve had. I’ve been a part of some great success stories because of the teammates around me.

Q: What are your favorite aspects of being a leader?

A: I am fueled and delighted by others’ successes and accomplishments! I love the servant-minded opportunity this organization provides to help me invest in my team and our customers.

Q: Do you have any volunteer/community organizations you’re passionate about?

A: I enjoy supporting and promoting my local youth football league I was even fortunate enough to coach Junior High Football for six years. I’m also the President of my HOA.

Q: How do you enjoy spending your free time?

A: I love traveling when I can and exploring new places and setting off on adventures. Memorable experiences are priceless to me. I’ve been able to travel to many US destinations, Australia, Tahiti, Hawaii, Italy, England, Mexico, and more.

Q: Who’s your favorite sports team?

A: I’m a HUGE Cincinnati Bengals Fan. I’ve had season tickets for years, and I’m a diehard fan. I enjoy traveling to away games as well to follow the team. I’ve been a lifelong fan of the Cincinnati Reds, too. I grew up watching the Big Red Machine do their thing back in the day!
