We were in such a mess and so upset with our issue, however Dale was very helpful in explaining and going on through the process of keeping us calm and Dale was very knowledgeable on all aspects of air conditioning. “I had a great experience this morning with Edwin Rivera-Ayala, who came to check on my AC. He was punctual, professional, respectful, and extremely thorough in diagnosing the issue. Edwin took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all my questions with patience and kindness. He even discussed different repair and replacement options with me, which helped me feel more informed and at ease. On top of that, he went above and beyond by helping me schedule two additional appointments for the same day. I truly appreciated his attention to detail and genuine care. “Edwin was outstanding. He was on time. He is professional, knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. He evaluated my AC system and found it in good working order. He recommended three alternatives to enhance what is already there and explained each in detail. We chose the second option that added an air cleaner to the AC plus he replaced all the electrical components to make the system run longer and more efficiently. He gave us advice on how to properly maintain the system and on how to cover it in order to keep out debris. He did a great job. He is a very honest and caring guy and I appreciate all he did today. We were blessed to have him.”
