"Nate was informative and helpful. He even ordered the part so that it would be in stock and ready to go while I was making my final decision on choosing between them and another company to make the repair. He didn't make me feel forced to make an instant decision. I ended up choosing them for the repair! Jim was great! He was personable (a fellow Long Island native) and informative. He let me know of all the work he would be performing and also showed me the comparison between the new and damaged parts. He then presented me with multiple payment options so that I could choose whichever suited me best. 10/10 would recommend."

"Chris and Dillon, your servicemen, were extremely friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They did an excellent job inspecting our heating and cooling unit, taking the time to explain everything thoroughly and even showing pictures of the parts while detailing what improvements are needed. Great job!"

"Chris came over to look at a unit with leak and one unit within complete replacement. He was professional, honest and caring. I will definitely have the One HVAC to do both jobs because of Chris. On Tuesday September 3rd, Shane and another co-worker worked diligently to fix a leak on one unit and installed a new AC. Very professional, diligent, glad to have them work on my house AC units."
