That was the moral of the story during a recent Fox 46 Morning Show segment featuring our very own Mike Fowler. A little over a year ago, One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning® of Charlotte saw six young men and women through our Apprentice Program to graduating into our growing workforce. Mike identified a need to grow the interest and understanding of trade skills locally in Charlotte by way of a program designed to take in novice youth with an affinity for hands-on work and train them into premier HVAC repair technicians.

We are so proud of our first ever graduating class. Since their graduation, all six graduates have hit the ground running as full force technicians ready to provide your home’s HVAC system with top quality HVAC maintenance or replacement service. It’s exciting for our team to be in a position to grow our team based off of individuals within our community that seek a fresh start in a competitive and rewarding industry.  During his segment on Fox 46, Mike also touched on our Spring A/C System Giveaway! As you may or may not be aware, we are giving away one FREE A/C system to a deserving member of our community. We are entering the hottest time of the year, so what better time to give away such a useful gift to someone who is in desperate need of a new system?
