"I'm purchasing a home and scheduled with Debord's to have a technician come check out the furnace and air conditioner. Andrew came out and did a full tune up on the air conditioner, even cleaning the coil. Unfortunately, the sellers messed up by turning the gas off so Andrew was unable to check the furnace. Second trip involved Nick coming to tune up the furnace, he was also very thorough, knowledgable, and personable. They both left me with detailed efficiency reports to keep for my records. I can now buy the home with peace of mind that the older furnace and ac are in good working condition."
