“The initial scheduling was a little wonky but their office promptly called me to follow up on the issue. Appointment arrival windows are 4 hr windows but I asked if I could be seen in the first half of the window bc I had an obligation right at the end of the window. Come time for the apt, the technician Seth called me a a little before 8 and said he could be here in 10-15! Very punctual, professional and courteous. He reviewed the system findings with me and recommendations to keep our 10 year old unit in top notch running condition . I Would recommend 1 hour heating and air and Seth to anyone looking for AC Maintenance and Service!”
