"Now this is how customer service is supposed to be. After calling OneHour Heating, Ali was here in less then an hour. My furnace had stopped working. He found the problem which required a new part. It wasn’t on his truck, but he went back to the warehouse, found it and was back at my place in about 45 minutes. He did get the heat going before he left to get the part.
