What to Expect
When you call us, we’re going to transfer you directly to the wonderful Caitlin. She will work with YOUR schedule – day, night or weekend – to find the perfect time for your Comfort Advisor to stop by for an estimate.
Bob, your expert Comfort Advisor, will then arrive at your home at the EXACT time we promised. We believe your time is important, so we will never waste your day making you wait through a broad appointment window.
Bob will then measure your entire house, including doors and windows. He’ll note every detail of your home from the degree of insulation to whether your windows are single or double paned. He even checks the serial number on your current air conditioner to compare against his measurements so he can find the ideal unit to cool your home to the perfect comfort level.
He will then sit down with you to discuss all your options, from the most basic AC unit to higher efficiency models, as well as any add-ons that might improve your overall comfort. You choose the best options for your long-term value and current budget. And yes, we have easy-to-apply-for-and-get-approved financing.
If you choose to move forward, we will get you on the board for the next available installation time. We will arrive on the morning of the installation day and work until you have your brand new air conditioner installed and working perfectly.
