"I have been a customer for several years, But, fired them this week. I had a contract for twice a year service, winter for furnace, spring for air. They preach one hour. I being a constant customer was supposed to have priority service. My thermostat malfunctioned on the weekend, I waited till Monday to call as the weather was ok. When I phoned I was told I could not have an appointment for 9 days. Totally unexceptable. A day or two yes, but 9 no way . The company is not what it used to be"
