"Our furnace stopped working all of a sudden, at 4 AM on a Saturday morning. I spent half the morning calling dozens of companies trying to find someone to come out same day and do a furnace repair. After calling about 11 different companies, I stumbled upon one hour heating and air conditioning and they told me they will come out as soon as they can and it’ll be the same day before 9 PM which was very relieving because everyone else was just like we don’t have any technicians available or call back Monday. I called around 11 AM and they told me that someone would be out before 9 PM, however, shortly within the next three hours they sent a beautiful man named Rick to my house and he was definitely an angel in disguise after fixing our furnace and helping us spend a little less than we’d imagine he then offered us $100 coupon which really was a blessing for us. I will definitely use this service again. Rick was so nice and professional. Everyone was amazing and I’d recommend them 100 times."
