The on-call service in Terryville, CT was extremely helpful, understood the urgency of the issue, and scheduled a tech to come out at 8:00 in the evening. Jon S. arrived, and was so professional, and also so pleasant, considering it was after hours on a weekend. He made it seem like it was a normal weekday appointment! He got to work quickly, and worked hard to get us back up and running in less than 2 hours. He kept us informed and educated us on a few things, and went above and beyond checking the settings, etc. We would recommend One Hour to take care of the heating issues in your home!"
