If we do not show up within that window, your service call fee is waived. 1. Express Appointment: This is an appointment that is scheduled during a specified one-hour time slot. You are promised that a technician will arrive at your home within this one-hour time window. You will also receive a call when the technician is en route to your home. 2. Reserved Appointment: This is an appointment that is scheduled during a specified, two-hour time slot. You are promised that a technician will arrive at your home within this two-hour time window. You will also receive a call when the technician is en route to your home. 3. Standard Appointment: This is an appointment that is scheduled during a specified four-hour time slot. You are promised that a technician will arrive at your home within this four-hour time window. You will also receive a call when the technician is en route to your home. 4. Stand-By Appointment: This appointment is for overflow situations. This appointment will not have a specified time. You will receive a call when the technician is en route to your home. 5. “Our furnace stopped working all of a sudden, at 4 AM on a Saturday morning. I spent half the morning calling dozens of companies trying to find someone to come out same day and do a furnace repair. After calling about 11 different companies, I stumbled upon one hour heating and air conditioning and they told me they will come out as soon as they can and it’ll be the same day before 9 PM which was very relieving because everyone else was just like we don’t have any technicians available or call back Monday. I called around 11 AM and they told me that someone would be out before 9 PM, however, shortly within the next three hours they sent a beautiful man named Rick to my house and he was definitely an angel in disguise after fixing our furnace and helping us spend a little less than we’d imagine he then offered us $100 coupon which really was a blessing for us.
