"I have run into an issue with my blower on my air conditioner. It was new 2 years old just a month or so past it's warranty for manufacturer parts. Jacob called his boss and they made it happen. I got a new blower and they didn't even charge me for labor. I'm so glad I went with this company. They weren't about the red tape, Jacob and his boss made this happen. Jacob was knowledgeable and friendly and always on time. I so am grateful with the outcome.."

"I couldn't be happier with the responsiveness and service. Heat went out early yesterday on one of the coldest days of the year. One Hour said they could have someone out the same day. Although they missed the quoted timeline by a few hours, the office communicated with me and the Tech called when on his way to assure me they were still coming. Techs were very professional and respectful of property and were able to resolve the issue while on site. At wrap up I was surprised to be told there would be no fee for the visit per their promise.. "We'll be on time or you won't pay a dime!" which they honor. They will now have a loyal customer for life."

"I'm very happy with Karis work. He showed up on time, listened to what the issue was, and then he did a thorough assessment to find the problem. He needs to replace a part, so I'm waiting on the part. JD is also great. He did my maintenance last week, and he was very professional and knowledgeable, too. I will ask for them in the future."
